What business problem are we solving?
Write down the service you want to sell, the buyer you need to reach and the action you want them to take. A useful proposal should connect its activities to that brief.
What exactly will be delivered?
Compare the channels, content formats, shoot time, editing, publishing and reporting included. Ask who supplies information, approves work and responds to enquiries.
What does the evidence show?
Look for a named client, a similar problem and a clear account of the work. For numerical results, ask for the metric, starting point and reporting period. Interactions and enquiries measure different things.
What is the full cost?
Separate the management fee from advertising spend, content production, software and any setup work. Check VAT, minimum commitments, payment terms and which changes need a new quote.
How will we work together?
Agree your contact, review rhythm, approval responsibilities and access arrangements. Clarify who owns accounts, creative files and reporting, including what happens when the work ends.
How will we judge progress?
Define the useful outcome before starting. Track qualified enquiries where possible, alongside the channel measures that explain them. Agree when to review and what would prompt a change.
